I’m so glad you’ve joined us, and I can’t wait to support you and your dog over the next 6 weeks.
Before we get started, please take a moment to read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Access & Availability
Upon purchase, you’ll receive access to the 6-week Calm Dog Calm Home programme, including:
✔️Weekly live small-group sessions with me on Zoom (recorded if you can’t attend live)
✔️Weekly workbooks, trackers, and resources provided via the course platform
✔️A private group chat for support and encouragement throughout the programme
Your access to the course materials and replays will remain available after the 6 weeks, so you can revisit them whenever you need.
2. Community & Behavioural Expectations
Calm Dog Calm Home is a supportive, judgement-free space. By joining, you agree to:
✔️Treat all other members with kindness and respect.
✔️Approach your dog’s training with patience and compassion.
✔️Acknowledge that this programme is not a substitute for veterinary care or in-person behaviour assessments where needed.
✔️Contact me directly before joining to confirm if this programme is suitable if your dog has a history of aggression or medical concerns.
3. Happiness Guarantee & Refunds
I want you to feel confident about joining Calm Dog Calm Home and excited about your journey. That’s why I offer a 14-day Happiness Guarantee. If, within 14 days of starting, you have:
✔️ Attended or watched the first sessions
✔️ Taken action on the materials
✔️ And feel it isn’t the right fit for you…
Simply email me at hazel@caniamis.com, and I’ll refund your payment in full.
✨ Your access to the programme will then be revoked, and any future payments (if applicable) cancelled.
After 14 days, no refunds will be issued. You will still retain access to the materials provided up to that point.
4. Payment Terms
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless a refund is requested within the 14-day period.
Missed or failed payments may result in paused access until the issue is resolved.
5. Copyright & Usage
All materials, videos, and resources in Calm Dog Calm Home are the intellectual property of Hazel Johnson trading as caniAmis. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed. Please do not share your login details with others.
6. Ethical Training Principles
This programme is built on force-free, science-backed, and compassionate training. By enrolling, you agree to uphold these principles when working with your dog.
7. Programme Updates & Scheduling
caniAmis reserves the right to make changes to the programme content, session times, or resources as needed to improve the experience. Where possible, notice will be given in advance of any scheduling changes.
8. GDPR & Data Protection
Your privacy matters. Any personal information you share (such as your name, email, or course progress) will be stored and processed in line with UK & EU GDPR regulations. Data will only be used for the purpose of delivering this programme and communicating with you about your enrolment.

While I cannot control your internet/device setup, I will always do my best to provide clear guidance and support.

11. Limitation of Liability
Every effort has been made to provide safe, science-based strategies in this programme. However, caniAmis or their representatives cannot be held responsible for any outcomes resulting from the implementation of these strategies. You remain fully responsible for your dog’s behaviour, safety, and wellbeing at all times. Results cannot be guaranteed, as every dog and situation is unique. Participation in this programme is at your own discretion and risk.
